Luigi Mangione is a man of the people (if he did it)

and advice on how to make the rich uncomfortable

Happy New Year!

On the December Feel the News live show before we knew who Luigi was I talked about how the person who assassinated the United Health Care CEO was a man of the people.

Since then we’ve been lectured by the ruling class how it’s tacky and abhorrent to celebrate the death of a man. These are the same people who kill us so they can buy superyachts. So it’s only okay to cheer for people’s deaths if those people’s deaths are lining your pockets?

There’s an ongoing class war but only one side is allowed to fire shots, the ruling class. When we respond in anyway we are lectured on how violence is not the answer. If violence is not the answer, why is that the only answer on your multiple choice tests, wealthy elite?

How do we get the peasants to go to work?

Violence

How do we get people to give up their land?

Violence

How do we get people to stop smoking a drug (weed) that brings them joy?

Violence

Well, we don’t have to take this anymore! We have a right to defend ourselves. Self-defense doesn’t always involve a 3D printer. You can find simple ways in your daily lives to make rich people feel uncomfortable. Rich people don’t actually do anything, we are the ones maintaining this hell hole.

What if we stopped using our collective strength to oppress each other and used it to go after the people who are oppressing us?

I hope 2025 is the year where we use whatever capacity we have in our lives to rebel!
